My sleep is dreamless but I think I’m tired so I just knock up and not know what happen till morning

I used to be that way too. When I was in JC, I'd be exhausted, and my head will hit the pillow and I'll immediately sleep deeply. Such bliss!

I've got severe sleep apnoea. My Sleepiness Score was 23/24. I have fallen asleep mid-sentence, and also in the middle of writing, with my pen still moving across the page in ziggles...
